A range of self explanatory cover lessons suitable for all ages. Word searches, colouring activities, questionaires and more. Simply print them out and hand the activities to students. These have been a lifesaver for me at times of emergency.

Many children and adults suffer from stress and anxiety at times. Going back to school is one of those stressful times. An over busy brain makes it difficult to concentrate on tasks and the feelings associated with anxiety can cause distress and further anxiety. Recent research suggests that activities which focus the mind without being overly taxing can help break the cycle of worry and anxiety and can help calm the busy mind.
One such activity is colouring. This resource provides 40 original kaleidoscopic images. The repetitive nature of the patterns is intentional, encouraging the individual to settle into a calming routine. Drawings range in complexity, making it a suitable resource for all age groups, including adults.
I hope that enjoyment and a sense of calm can be found by using this resource.

This resource provides templates for tangrams. They can be easily printed out for students to use. A great way of engaging students in problem solving and geometry. Also a useful cross curricular tool, linking maths with art.
Over 50 different designs are provided along with the basic square shape template. Students can also use their imagination to develop their own designs.

The resource comprises 3 original coloring books by Mael Matthews, totalling over 100 different coloring templates. Recent research suggests that anxious, over busy minds can be calmed by focusing on simple, therapeutic tasks such as coloring. This resource has been designed to be suitable for use with all ages, including adults and SEN students.
